I never diet to lose weight but I do watch my diet and always try to eat healthy. Even though I was about 25 lbs. over my ideal weight , the prospect of dieting was just so frustrating. Years ago, right after my children were born, I saw a nutritionist who told me that the reason I couldn't lose the pregnancy weight was because "I did not eat enough"!!! The idea of preparing and eating 3 times a day is so tedious. Anyway, because I have a long and demanding day at work and need some sort of breakfast, I decided to just whip up a protein smoothie every morning and be done. Being lactose intolerant, I discovered Uni Key's pea and rice protein powder. Nothing could have been easier: fruit, cran water, protein powder, chia seeds and out the door I went. Well, to make a long story short, since I don't diet, I have no need to weigh myself; once a year at the most. This year, over Christmas, while helping my sons clean out their room, I found our scale under a pile of clothes. Still not knowing what possessed me, I decided to check my weight. It indicated that I had lost 15 lbs. I made sure everything was correctly aligned and checked again. It still showed a loss of 15 lbs. Now 4 months later, I still haven't regained any of the weight and I'm eating normally. I don't measure or count. I just eat as healthily as I can. I'm convinced that the Body Protein by Uni Key is the reason. I'm happy about the taste too. So many protein powders incorporate flavors (chocolate & vanilla) and sweeteners ( I dislike sweet foods unless they are meant to be sweet such as desserts). Body protein powder is easy to use and doesn't offend my taste buds like many other protein powders. It's easy to use and never gives me any digestion problems. I couldn't be happier. Thanks.
