Okay - I didn't even know there was a Vitamin H before it was suggested I start taking Biotin. Here's what I found on-line: "Biotin, also known as vitamin H, is one of the B complex vitamins that helps the body convert food into energy. The word biotin comes from the ancient Greek word “biotos,” which means “life” or “sustenance.” And, B vitamins, and specifically biotin, help to keep your skin, hair, eyes, liver, and nervous system healthy." I'm not sure I can tell you it's doing all of that but I can say that my hair feels much stronger, my skin and eyes are the same but my nerve damaged arm doesn't feel as "electric" as it usually does. So, I'm guessing this added supplement is doing it's thing and I'm reaping the benefits of it all!
