Certain foods can interfere with test accuracy. If you accidentally consumed less than 1 tablespoon of broccoli, you may still collect your samples. If you consumed more than 1 tablespoon, wait 1–2 days before collecting. Always follow the kit instructions carefully to ensure the most accurate results.

Do I need to provide both stool and saliva samples?

Yes. The Expanded GI Panel requires both stool and saliva samples to provide a complete assessment of gastrointestinal health, immune response, food sensitivities, and digestive function. The test cannot be completed with only one type of sample.

What if I make a mistake or lose my paperwork?
