Kerrin S.

I had tried several other weight loss programs including Jenny Craig, Weight Watchers, etc. I had done the whole yo yo thing, losing weight and gaining it back. My friend had done the
Fat Flush Plan and was able to keep off the 120 lbs. that she lost. I was impressed.
I went out and purchased the
Fat Flush Plan book and studied it. I followed the book for 9 mos, using the Fat Flush Kit and lost 70 lbs. The 1st month was the hardest. After the 1st month of cleansing and changing my habits I didn’t have the same cravings. I could live without pasta, potatoes and bread. I felt better. I found out what didn’t make me feel good. After I had "purged" myself, and tried to re-introduce certain foods into my diet, is when I realized several things about myself and consequently several reasons why none of the other weight loss programs worked for me. The other weight loss program premise was that you could eat anything, but with portion control. What I found out about me, primarily were three things: (1) That unexplained post nasal drip that I have had since I was a child, was wheat intolerance (2) That phlegmy cough that I would get and the bloated feeling were lactose intolerance (3) The joint aches that I had were not symptoms of arthritis, they were because of too much/many sugar products and sugar producing products in my body. Once I cut these out, I no longer had the symptoms. And as for No. 3, I could walk again. I definitely have more energy.
I went from tight fitting size 22 into a solid size 12. I have been through 2 cancers and my oncologist is thrilled about my weight loss. I’m 63. I walk 1 ½ hrs every day. Now when I eat out bread, pasta and potatoes don’t interest me. I order extra veggies instead.
Every couple of weeks I weigh myself and don’t let myself gain more than 2 ½ lbs. I use the Fat Flush Kit and do the supplements. We travel a lot. I never gain more than 2 ½ lbs.
