I feel like I have embarked on an incredible journey for the overall betterment of myself! I am down 24 lbs. so far (I would like to actually lose 60 lbs. I will get there!) and I feel great! I am having so much fun creating and planning meals based on this lifestyle change I have decided upon.
I am down 2 clothing sizes also, so fun! That is truly how I view the Fat Flush Plan, as a lifestyle change vs. a diet. When you think you are on a diet there seems to be some psychological place in the back of your brain telling you it’s a race to the finish line and then you are done – which sets yourself up for failure.
I had been looking to make some kind of a change with the way I had been eating and just wasn't sure what direction to go in until I found Fat Flush Plan. Having found out that I could not eat gluten or dairy last fall really made me feel like my choices were so limited…and they are not!
When I look through my journal pages back in the very beginning, I was writing things like “oh my gosh I can’t believe I am going to be giving up cheese and wine!” And “I would really like to be able to wear a swimsuit again!” The desire to succeed and meet the goals I have set for myself are very strong. One of the greatest things about putting my overall weight loss goal into perspective is that I remember I am not racing to that finish line to be done with something, I am going to get to the finish line (60 lbs.) and continue on the journey I am embarking on for good. It makes me very excited about life!
