Had taken the book out of the library several times, but never did anything. So finally bought the bundle. It is helpful to own the book, as I needed to refer to it often during phase 1. I am not a nutritionist - but I like that the diet seems balanced and uses natural foods and the supplements are natural. I am still in Phase 1, and it has not been hard. I do not drink coffee or much alcohol - so that wasn't an issue for me. I have not been hungry or had any cravings. I've lost 10+ lbs. - doing the first Phase for a second time. I will next do phase 2, and hopefully lose some more!
