If you have fewer than two to three bowel movements a day, you may be constipated and these wastes could be accumulating in your system. Adding a fiber supplement can help ensure adequate elimination on a daily basis.
Recommended Dosage
Adults take three (3) capsules one to two times daily with 10-12 ounces of water as a dietary supplement, or as directed by a health care professional. For children 12 and younger, take half the adult dosage.

I heard about this awesome product on Ann Louise Gittleman's Forum and decided to give it a try. I'm from the Granite State of New Hampshire. That describes exactly the condition my GI Tract was in. I have been irregular my whole adult life. About 3 weeks ago I ordered Super-GI Cleanse and 'oh my gosh'...I said where have you been all my life?!!! It is super, super stuff! I don't ever want to be without it!

I haven't even been on this for a full month and I am very pleased. I am on strong meds that cause major constipation. I'm doing better than I ever have. I also take a cheaper colon cleanse with senna leaf powder in it as an herbal laxative. I honestly don't think that its just the senna leaf giving me relief. I believe it is a great combination and again am very pleased. Thanks Unikey!

This is a very reliable formula to ensure daily regularity. I take 3 or 4 capsules each day in addition to 3 or 4 tablespoons of flax seeds per day in cranberry water or in smoothies with no negative effects.
