These products are GREAT for fat loss. Since taking them my body fat has decreased by 3 percent. I definitely have noticed the difference in the way my clothes fit. I look more leaner.

I have loved everything written by Ann Louise Gittleman and I have gone to health food stores trying to find all the different things needed she wrote about. I was thrilled when I found out there was a company that put everything together for you. I have used the Fat Flush Kit twice now and while I didn't notice any weight loss right away with in a months time I got past those stubborn pounds that never seem to want to budge. While the bottles are very pricey and hard to afford every month I am glad I was able to try it. I did notice towards the end of the bottle I would get frequent stomach upsets both times I used the product.
