Before taking this product I had lost 100 lbs over the years very slowly with many different products. I had reached a plateau, and could not lose any more weight. I have loved everything written by Ann Louise Gittleman and I have gone to health food stores trying to find all the different things needed she wrote about. I was thrilled when I found out there was a company that put everything together for you. I have used the Fat Flush Kit twice now and while I didn't notice any weight loss right away with in a months time I got past those stubborn pounds that never seem to want to budge. While the bottles are very pricey and hard to afford every month I am glad I was able to try it. I did notice towards the end of the bottle I would get frequent stomach upsets both times I used the product.
