Before trying this product I tried different multis and they didn't help. Then I heard about UNI KEY's copper free Female Multiple. I have tried it and it works much better for me. It helps relieve my menopause symptoms too. It's made a difference for me.

Before taking Female Multiple I didn't have the energy I needed to get through the day without sagging. I wasn't able to find a vitamin that didn't make me nauseous and bloat. UNI KEY's copper-free Female Multiple is the best multivitamin supplement I have taken. It doesn't upset my stomach and it provides energy when I need it the most - right after lunch. I started using Female Multiple due to it being copper free. I took a minerals test and was way too high in copper. I also read Ann Louise Gittleman's book describing the symptoms of copper imbalance and could relate to most of them. My overall health has improved along with my energy level. However, the biggest benefit to taking Female Multiple is no more 'vitamin indigestion'. I had tried many other multi-vitamins that were natural with no extra additives, but I usually got a lot of indigestion upon taking them. Burping, yes, but often outright nausea. I used to dread taking the vitamins, but the Female Multiple is so mild I have never once gotten indigestion or an upset stomach. Also, there is no smell upon opening the jar. So, for anyone with stomach issues, the Female Multiple will NEVER bother you.

Before I came across UNI KEY's Female Multiple, I was experiencing insomnia. I would wake up at all different times in the middle of the night and could not go back to sleep. This is one of those products that you don't notice how great it is until you try something else. I went back to taking a multi I got from one of the big box stores. It did not take long for me to notice that I did not feel as good and my energy was low. I will stick with the Female Multiple. It is definitely worth the extra expense. I was extremely happy to have my energy return after 2 months of extreme fatigue.
