"I started using Female Multiple due to it being copper free. I took a minerals test and was way too high in copper. I also read Dr. Ann Louise's book describing the symptoms of copper imbalance and could relate to most of them. My overall health has improved along with my energy level. However, the biggest benefit to taking Female Multiple is no more 'vitamin indigestion'.
