GLA-90 has helped me in so many ways. I put it on my hand that had eczema and it totally worked. It brought the inflammation down. It helped with extreme menstrual cramps. Before taking GLA-90 I couldn't get out of bed for two days. Now I take 4 GLA-90 2 times a day for 3 days before and I am free from the debilitating cramps. GLA-90 is the answer to my hot flashes. I can no longer take hormone replacement therapy medications and I was desperate for an alternative.
