GLA-90 is the answer to my hot flashes. I can no longer take hormone replacement therapy medications and I was desperate for an alternative. Before I began taking GLA-90 I suffered from hot flashes throughout the day and especially at night. Within 3 weeks after starting GLA-90, my hot flashes subsided. Then I ran out and the hot flashes started up again. Now, after taking it for almost 4 months, I rarely have a hot flash. Thanks for a great product. I won't run out again.
