Gluten is found in foods containing wheat, rye, barley, spelt and kamut. To assure the most accurate results, the Total Intestinal SIgA (saliva) is also measured. If the test result shows that you are not allergic to gluten, but your Total Intestinal SIgA is low, you may still be gluten intolerant.
Two saliva samples are collected and sent to the laboratory. Results are sent to Ann Louise Gittleman's office, after which you will receive a personalized letter of recommendations.
Suggested repeat testing is every two to three months.
Kit Contains:
Instructions, submittal form, saliva vials, and prepaid shipping.
