Recommended Use
For Men: Apply ½ to 1 teaspoon daily to clean dry skin first thing in the morning and right before bed. Can be applied on neck (under thyroid), stomach, inner upperarm or inner thigh. For extra benefit, use 10 minutes to 1 hour before activity, or as directed by a health care professional.
