Pregnenolone is the precursor of all steroidal hormones including cortisol, DHEA, estrogen, progesterone, and testosterone. This is my second order. After I ran out of the first order I forgot to reorder. I noticed the hot flashes returning with more intensity. I reordered and am on the second week and the hot flashes have calmed down a great deal. I will not be without this product again. Thank You Helen

I have been using this product for a few months now and it has helped with my hot flashes. I still have them but they are more mild now. Another thing I have noticed is my overall mood is more up beat and happy. This product is great and I will continue to take it.
