With a full hormone assessment you will discover your ratio of Progesterone to Estradiol which is important in determining Estrogen dominance and Estriol levels which are important for vaginal tissue health. Testosterone levels are important for healthy libido and forming lean muscles, DHEA levels are an indicator of your body's ability to regenerate, and Cortisol levels are an indicator of the strength of your immune system, your body's ability to respond to stress.

Assessing steroid hormone levels through saliva testing can be a helpful tool to determine lifestyle modifications and changes in hormone replacement therapy (HRT), and may lead to more optimal health. After ordering the test kit, collect your saliva sample in the privacy of your home and send directly to the laboratory.  After receiving your sample, your results and a personal letter of recommendations from Ann Louise Gittleman, PhD, will be mailed to your home.

Suggested repeat testing is every two to three months.
