I followed the program exactly how I was supposed to, but only ended up losing 3 pounds which is disappointing given the time and energy I put into it. I do however feel more energized and I'm confident that I will continue to the next phase without craving all the junk food I used to eat before. I would definitely recommend the smoothie shakedown to any one. I have done plenty of cleanses before in the past, and this was the easiest one I've ever done. I do not really drink, try and stay away from sugar and processed foods, as well as coffee/soda etc, so I did not get a lot of side effects from the cleansing. I did notice a drop in my energy levels when I would do my normal work outs, which I learned quickly was too much for this program. I lost over all 8" and 11 pounds when I completed the program. I love how easy it was to know what two of my meals were without thinking about it. And, they were pretty good. Not the best consistency, but you get used to it after your third one.
