Recommended Dosage

Before using the Fast Detox Diet Kit I couldn't lose weight on my hips or stomach. No matter what I tried, I was sluggish, had no energy, and had the blues. I am having a great experience with the Fast Track program, and am noticing a definite shrinkage of my stomach. My stomach feels healthier and better than it has in a long time. Before taking this product I was overweight, tired, and grumpy. I found the book on the shelf, dusted it off, and started the program right away. So far, I have lost 12 pounds in 2 1/2 weeks, have more energy, am sleeping better, and my clothes fit looser. My husband states that my spirits are better and that I'm a nicer person. He loves all the foods I cook. I love the idea of getting the protein I need throughout the day by drinking lots of liquids!
