Before taking the Fat Flush Whey Protein I had terrible eating habits and was feeling awful. I decided to change my eating habits and the Whey Protein has made it possible for me to continue with my good eating habits. It tastes so good and makes me feel so good. It gives me something to look forward to. I never get hungry. I substitute my breakfast with a Whey Protein drink and sometimes I substitute my lunch with it too. Sometimes I use it as a pick-me-up at 3 in the afternoon. It feels like the Whey Protein has an energy and life of its own as I have a sense of well-being and vitality after I drink it. I have 2 of these shakes per day and they work great. I do Krav Maga for 3 hours a day 2-3 times a week in between regular training 5-6 days a week. This shake works so well that after 1-2 hours of the workout I still have energy to go on. I have tried the workouts without the shake and I seem to struggle towards the end. Also when I hit that point when it was hard to loose more weight having these shakes made it a breeze. Not only does it taste great it goes really well with cranberry juice ( Vanilla ). 5 stars.
