GLA-90

“I’ve always had dry, break-easy nails. However, for the past 2 weeks I’ve noticed that my nails are long and strong. They look especially good today, which prompted me to post. (Except for my thumbs. Probably because I use my thumbs as tools. LOL.) I thought and thought about changes I’ve made recently and the only thing I’ve done differently is that I’ve upped my dosage of GLA-90. About 2 months ago I went from 4 caps per day to 6.
