I have ALWAYS had an issue with bowel movements. I also wanted to lose some weight.  I had tried the Atkins diet, a fruit diet and the South Beach diet.  I didn’t lose any weight or become regular until after using the Uni Key products Para Key and Verma Plus.  I would not have a bowel movement for 3-5 days then I would often have irritable bowel issues because of that. It was only after taking the Para Key and Verma Plus that I was able to "go" regularly ---even losing weight (about 40 lbs so far). I have just finished the cleanse for the second round and hate the idea of going back to the bowel problems. During the two weeks off of taking the products I quickly returned to the "old" ways of BM's. “The first of September, my husband, Jimmy (age 68) came home from a Thursday evening meeting complaining of severe cramping in his lower abdomen. Early the next morning, he said he had to go see the doctor immediately. After examination his doctor diagnosed him with appendicitis and he was sent immediately to the local hospital for a C-scan and possible surgery.

After the hospital surgeon examined him, he said the pain was too low in his groin for it to be his appendix, ordered an ultra-sound which didn’t reveal anything, and then sent Jimmy home with 2 prescriptions, for inflammation and pain, with assurance that he should begin to feel better in a few days, but to come back if the pain got worse.

By late that afternoon the pain had worsened to the point that he was in excruciating and unrelenting pain, with diarrhea, and he said that he had to go to the emergency room because he was getting worse, not better, and he couldn’t take it anymore. The ER physician (the third doctor to examine Jimmy that day) ordered a C-scan and some pain medication. After the radiologist read the C-scan negatives he diagnosed that it was, indeed, Jimmy’s appendix. As it turned out, the hospital surgeon was at the hospital operating on another emergency patient, and just before midnight, Friday night, he also operated on Jimmy, removing a much-inflamed appendix that could have burst at any time, had he not sought immediate help.

Jimmy spent 3 days in the hospital and was released with instructions to continue taking the antibiotic for 4 more days, which he did. At his follow-up exam he was told that his wound was healing without any complications and that he should be back to normal in a week or so. Jimmy mentioned to the doctor that he still wasn’t feeling good and was still having some pain in his lower abdomen and frequent diarrhea, but the doctor didn’t seem alarmed and again instructed him to wait and see, and released him, with instructions to return if he began to experience any complications from the surgery.

A week later, the original symptoms returned and we both decided that he should take the rest of the antibiotics, which was about a week’s worth, and see if that would help, thinking he might have some infection following the surgery. A few days after finishing the rest of his prescription drugs all of his symptoms returned once more.
