Quick, easy and healthy

It made doing the Fat Flush Plan a joy! There are SO many delicious recipes that I had lots of variety. The recipes were DOABLE with my hectic schedule. My husband loved everything I made from the cookbook too.

Great cookbook for all stages. I have made dozens of recipes and the whole family loves them even though I am the only one on the plan. One of our favorites is the Artichoke Frittata. Super fast and yummy! I give it 4 stars only because I think there could be more recipes and less verbiage, but nonetheless what's there is great!
