Buy this book It is easy to follow, you will lose weight and feel great. I lost 15.9 pounds in a month as well as inches. Belly fat is almost all gone. This is the final book on weight loss you will ever buy because the program really truly works. Buy it!!!!

I purchased this book about 5 years ago and lost it. I followed the plan and never felt healthier. I decided to go back to the plan to work on some issues. While previously following the plan in the book, I not only lost fat, but gained glowing skin and hair. I continued to use the Lifelong Cocktail and the lemon water. The greatest challenge is preparing for everything to take with you to work, but other than that, this works for me and I have looking desperately for my book. I am glad to purchase it and the supplements again.

This Book Changed My Life Forever

My Mom borrowed me this book. My Dad who is as healthy as a Belgium Plow Mule had a stroke and it was time to start listening to what my doctor was saying after that wake up call. Following Phase 1 in the book I lost 26#'s in the first 2weeks. I started out at 405#'s. I am Now 260#'s. I have went from wearing size 48x32 jeans to 34x32, I used to wear 4x&3x t-shirts I now wear xl. It has totally changed the way I eat, What I eat and what I enjoy eating for ever. There are preplanned meal guides or follow the rules and make up your own, The book includes a phase 3 guide for eating right and keeping off what you've lost
