BEST Chia Seeds

I have purchased chia seeds from different places, but I found Uni Key's Chia Seeds to be the best. I can't really explain why except to say, there is a noticeable difference in the quality and the way it blends into smoothies. I heard about Chia seeds from my daughter and I was amazed with all of the health benefits - omega-3s, protein, fiber, antioxidants, etc. I order a container and started mixing them in my smoothies or sometimes just grabbing a handful to snack on. My favorite way to eat them is sprinkled on a salad. I absolutely love chia and know that I am making a great contribution to my health every time I eat them!

I had read about chia seeds for a while and kept thinking about the chia pets from years ago which made me reluctant to try. I like the easy way it adds fiber and texture to foods while not changing the flavors. I am still experimenting with it.
